A welcome letter will be emailed to you a few days prior to your stay with the check-in/check-out details along with information you should know about our home.
· Check-in time is 4 p.m. and Checkout time is by 11:00 a.m.
· Guests are NOT allowed to bring Pets to the resort. Services animals are not recognized in Mexico. This is strictly enforced and no refunds will be issued if you are asked to leave.
· This is a non-smoking resort. This means no smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes allowed in our condo or on the resort grounds.
· Resorts quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
· Maximum of 6 guests are allowed in a 2 bedroom condo.
· The person making this reservation must be 25 years or older and be present for the duration of the stay. ID's will be checked during check-in.
Cancellation Policy
· To receive a full refund, guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
· If guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in, but more than 48 hours since booking, they’ll receive a refund of 50% of the nightly rate plus Cleaning/Fees.
· If guest cancels less than 7 days before the reservation, no refund of the nightly rate will be given. Cleaning/Fees will be refunded.
If a major disruptive event occurs which prevents travel to and from the property/Mexico, a full refund will be given or a credit towards a future stay.
Major disruptive events include but are not limited to: declared public health emergencies, government travel restrictions, or natural disasters.
